When we are reacting, we are certainly not creating and elevating our capacity to learn, improve and expand.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;In 2010, it is our opportunity to elevate our sensibility and embrace newness and greatness.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Any exercise program ought to be backed up with a teacher who is sensitive to 'what is your starting place?' or point of reference?  That is to say, you start with the capacity you have, nothing more and nothing less.
